Hello Magistri Militum of Malt. Scotti never gave up freedom, even to Rome.
Governor Gnaeus Iulius Agricola is a great primary source if one wants to read (very) early records on Scottish people.
Lots of love, a glass of single malt, 2 cats and 78 rpm records of Nat "King" Cole from İstanbul.

It is weird how many non-natural stuff people prefer over natural taste. I think one of the famous examples is pear. I know many people who don't like natural pear, but enjoy synthetic pear in drinks, candies, ice creams etc. Funnily even I prefer synthetic pear flavor. However absolute opposite seems to be cherry. Never more have I seen so many hate synthetic cherry, but liking natural.

The caffeine content in these so called energy drinks is astounding. I’ve watched students neck these before taking an exam in one of my chemistry classes, and have tremors later on. I can’t see how quick consumption of large quantities of caffeine and sugar can be expected to help one’s ability to concentrate for an exam. I don’t see myself trying one of these products any time soon, though there are plenty of other sources for crap flavors.

Ignorance strikes again !!! Contributes to diabetes aye ? As a type 1 diabetic of 23 years diagnosed at years old makes my blood boil ! Maybe look up the difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes and come back to us. As I think you’ll find there’s a massive difference do not tar every diabetic with the same brush!

Where I live in Canada, these so called energy drinks have effected children so badly that the schools have banned them from being sold in the schools, the only vending machines that are permitted in the schools now only sell bottled water and natural juice (No sugar added) drinks , it is amazing the difference in the children there attention span shot up 100%.

By the way Valentino Rossi did not pay all his due taxes in Italy. Just to give you an insight of what a greedy character this chap is. Would you immagine Bill Gates doing this?

Aspartame does not trigger insulin Ralph, is in fact often used in diet (as in for diabetics) drinks. It has other health concerns, but diabetes is not among them.

I never understood how people could say that they wouldn't even use a certain whisky as a mixer…(I still don't to be honest but I am pig headed)
I would NEVER poor it down the sink.. (I just can't see myself EVER being that secure in my finances)
In fact if it was THAT bad, I would probably prosecute the producer/manufacturer or distributor..

I came DAMN close a couple of months ago after stretching my whisky budget a bit to take advantage of what I thought was a good deal on
I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt and adding more and more water … but it just became more and more like unleaded petrol with WATER IN IT!
    it BURNED….
I have had some Cask strength scotches and even some cheeky RUMS from strange women but ..JEEEEESUZ on a penny Farthing..
I even got second opinions and even went out to buy the nastiest looking Scotch I could see in the supermarket…. (which ironically is one of my now FAVOURITES EVER but I am not telling because they will either put the price UP or make the liquid LOWER in QUALITY….. if you ARE intrigued .. go and watch all of Relfys last 25 videos and Search my comments and you will find my hidden gem… it pisses on Aldis and Lidls £13.00 scotches … it BLOWS Grants and Grouse AWAAAY (I did a side by side this week)

Anyway… Tamnavullin… incredibly bad experience IMO from that bottle.

Agreed Ralfy! Monster is a junk beverage. And ley lines are junk science. I reckon the real BS comes out after 800+ episodes. Go back to Sunny D & rum, Ralfy!

Thank you Ralfy for your videos. Im learning alot about whiskey from you. I completely agree with you on your point of tasting the bad stuff, which then makes one appreciate the good stuff. Im typing this while Im having a dram of Green Spot and another dram of Tullamore D.E.W 12. Im quite new to the Whisky game and these 2 are really good in my opinion. I've seen your review on Green Spot and it helped me make my latest purchase. Have you tried Tullamore D.E.W 12? I look foward to more of your reviews and insight.

Interesting when you noted the strong association of smells with a long distant past, almost short circuiting one’s conscious recall of memory. My old Dad used to comment how certain smells such as methylated spirits took him right back to his childhood in the 1930s. Smells are certainly highly evocative……. gosh…! …. poor old dogs must live in the past perpetually.

Ralphy that is an integrity Monster. The cloudiness proves non chill filtered, no caramel added, and it is at can strength. And a tip on your tasting the faster you drink it the longer the finish as you will keep burping the taste for at least an hour.
