    This vid is superb, Antonio!
    My take on this subject and what worked for me:
    (1) Set your prioritiy plan like you mentioned, and stick to it; (2) Combine or chain together multiple tasks to save time and effort; (3) Say a big f# no to procrastination – if you can't do something, check its priority, then make an appointment for it in your daily/weekly/monthly plans accordingly

    Now I can see why I can't think after 4 pm. I've been thinking, learning new stuff for about 10 hours. And my brain starts melting. I do use plans and I take action.
    And now I can see that, if my mind is tired I can't think properly.
    I'll try to think less, do some breaks and try developing habits for the things that are repetitive, so I don't have to think about them while doing.

    I have to say that there is a troubling dearth of physical Eisenhower-matrix notebooks to buy online. Are you telling my I have to sketch out this matrix 50 times on an existing dotted-line notebook? I don't have time for that! That's why I need the notebook to begin with!

    Antonio, im a first year Radiologist, so i have to work hard to scale from the bottom, i work in 2 different hospitals per daily(A is from 8-9am to 12pm if the are not more cases, B is from 2-8pm), and theres anther i do night services(every 4 days) start at 8pm till 7am next day, from that i got the works A and B. So my question is: how could i manage to have time for family, keep updated with my career, stay in touch with my parents, friends… man sometimes i only have 15 mins to eat and start the one at 2pm… i like the work, but im starting to feel like exhausted, and i dont have issues but im worry about my family cause i dont spend lots of time with.

    i hope you or anyone more experienced than i could give any advices. thx!

    What you say is possible, Antonio. I am from India and am fortunate to have worked with three organizations that practice coming on time and leaving on time, applicable across all levels. Minimum time wasted in meetings! It works!

    I absolutely love to wake between 4:30 and 5 AM with NO alarm clock needed. I still use an old fashioned hand written day timer for the month and another for each week. Write it down and YOU will remember. Use your smart phone, lap top and the like with all the apps,…However, do not 100% rely on them. Great channel with super interesting videos. You keep making videos and I will continue to watch as a happy subscriber,…

    So I'm not insane for waking up at 6:30 am, ride my bicycle to work at the coolest time of day, get to work two hours early and have a peaceful breakfast there while I wait for the time to start working.

    I wake up early and go to the gym before I do anything, it only takes an hour and that’s literally only 4.167% of your day, when you look at it like that it seems like nothing especially since you spend 1/3 of the day sleeping… 4% of the day is minuscule and it gives you the energy to get a lot more done throughout the day and you feel good doing it

    You really need to read the book 7 habits of Highly Effective People. Steven Covey really shows how to live a life. The priority matrix, the big rocks, saying no, detail planning, all of what he suggests is things Covey talks.
